Free backpacks and school supplies! Free books! Balloon animals, miniature golf, sno- cones, face painting…and more, more, more!  |
A lot was accomplished in last year's festival! 2,000 boys and girls came for the day, partly to get ready for school and partly just to celebrate! Thanks to our supporters’ generosity, we were able to give away over 10,000 books, plus every child got a backpack stuffed full with everything they need for school. The kids—who mostly come from poor working families— smiled, laughed, ate ice cream, and marveled at all their new things. Thank you for giving them a day of fun! |
