Redwood Gospel Mission and Spring Hills Community Church invite you to participate in an educational seminar based on the book When Helping Hurts. It is a powerful tool to train your leadership team, volunteers and broader congregation in an effective approach to poverty alleviation.
Founded in 1999 by Dr. Brian Fikkert, The Chalmers Center (www.chalmers.org) equips local churches to address the broken relationships at the root of material poverty, living out Jesus' Kingdom today.
Dates: Saturday, January 18th
Time: Saturday, 9am—3:00pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Location: Spring Hills Community Church, 3700 Fulton Road, Santa Rosa, CA 95439
Cost: $20 suggested donation includes copy of the book Helping Without Hurting in Church Benevolence. Lunch will be provided.
